Refund Policy

At Benzo Store Online, we do our best to satisfy our customers with our products and services entirely. We will be happy to issue a repayment/refund to you based on the following conditions:

Full reimbursement of your order value is possible if:

  • You receive a defective package
  • The product(s) you receive is lost or damaged during transit
  • The product(s) you receive is past its expiry date

Please note that the mode of refund may vary depending upon certain circumstances. If the method of repayment is through a Credit/Debit card or net banking, please allow 7-10 working days for the credited amount to appear in your bank account. We regret any inconvenience caused due to this time frame but its bank’s policy due to which the refund gets delayed, and we have no control over that.

Return Policy

Benzo Store Online does its best to make sure that we deliver the products you order according to your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect package, please notify our customer care as fast as possible or within 7 working days of receiving the package to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that we shall not accept liability for any such delivery issue if you fail to notify us within a 7 business days of receipt.

We understand that there may be some circumstances under which you want to return a product that is not defective. For such cases, we may allow the return of any unopened and unused package after deducting a 20% restocking charge from the order value, only if you notify us within 7 working days of receipt.

Return Expectations

Please note that we do not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges for the following:

  • Goods that are not damaged
  • Goods that are not reported after 7 days of delivery
